Fox Associates, where he has evolved as a team leader on a 675,000 square foot headquarters for Prudential Insurance Company in Newark, NJ, currently under construction.

In addition to working in large scale team environments, Francisco enjoys working
on a variety of small scale residential and commercial freelance projects.
Francisco has a proven track record in both design and technical execution of
the very large and small: including custom mill work design and fabrication,
carpentry and general construction. His experience in these aspects has helped
inform his design process in a holistic manner. Mr. Cruz believes that working
in a variety of scales as often as possible helps to enrich each project in a
unique way.
